Elementary Program
Vianney Academy has a thriving, full-day elementary program. Our school day runs from 8:45am to 3:30pm. During this time, students have an opportunity to not only get an excellent education, but also participate in therapies and programs throughout the day that allow them to overcome their particular learning challenges.
Our focus is on students who are struggling with the core subjects of reading, writing, spelling, grammar, and math. Our unique classroom style allows students to work independently while getting support from their teachers. Each student is given a personalized curriculum that is monitored and adjusted as the student progresses.
We incorporate outdoor play and exercise to enhance each child’s mental well-being which contributes to their success in the classroom. We offer cognitive therapy at no additional cost.
Our unique classroom style helps students learn:
• organizational skills
• self-regulation
• self-assessment of personal success
• how and when to ask for help
• how to work independently
All students are assessed during enrollment and then offered a wide range of therapies and programs. Not all students will need to do all the therapies, but each student is continually monitored, and therapies and/or programs are added or removed from their curriculum as needed. Click on “therapies” to see the full list of therapies we offer.
